There are many uses of the word "nanotechnology" in the popular media, from the iPod Nano to many other consumer products. However, many of these products do not actually utilize nanoarchitectures, but simply use this buzzword to increase sales. Herein, we will present an overview of numerous applications that reach beyond the "hype", representing actual beneficial uses for nanodevices. Flash version also available (Mac compatible).
